Location

The center of the neighborhood contains McCoy Park; a four acre park owned by the City of Portland, with community gardens, play areas, pathways, and gathering places. University Park and University Park Community Center are right next door, providing activities for all ages. Four “pocket parks” invite children to play close to home, with safe surfaces to play on and plentiful benches for parents to relax on.
